He thinks women today have better social support. It was proven from a more positive perspective on women towards women. Women are no longer in the position of being domestic, only in the house.
He pointed out that many women now occupy strategic positions. Both in government and private positions. Do not know the profession restrictions that can be done by women and men.
"Women can now reach the desired profession. Now what is needed is the persistence and struggle of women, "said this UMB lecturer.
He added that women's progress can be optimized through education. This means that women cannot be low on knowledge. Women must have broad insight, because women are an important part in educating children.
Regional Army Chief of Staff, Mila Sari admitted that women now have more space to take part. For example, in the Indonesian Army, there has never been a treatment that limits women. All members have the same opportunity.
He gave an example when he took the test to enter as a member of the Army, there was no difference in treatment. Women have the same opportunity to join. So that gives a sense of pride as a member of the military from women.
