Requirement of Transfer Student
  1. Provisional admission for transfer students can be done from January 1 to July 31, by submitting application letter as well as its annexes to the new students' intake committee, particularly new student registration section. Among the annexes affixed to the application are;
    1. Three Xerox copies of diploma certificate which legalised by the respected university.
    2. Three Xerox copies of mark sheets that have been highlighted into the credit system unit (CSU)
    3. To those private university students, three copies of the national examination mark sheets should be attested along with other documents.
    4. Three copies of self-attested photographs of 2x3 cm and 3 x 4 cm.
  2. Authorized courses and the SCU which equivalent to the minimum score of C (passing grade) should be enclosed.
  3. Payment of the transfer fee in the amount of Rp. 200.000,- (Two hundred thousand rupiah only)
  4. Other fees are charged in the same amount as other new students paid.
  5. Faculties' fee is charged under the faculties or departments scheme regime.
Pre-requisites of subject changing

In case the students from other universities or colleges move to UMB and they want to change their major or subject of study, they should follow the pre-requisites below;
  1. Make application letter within the period of April 1 up to July 21 to the head of admission department through out the registration section by submitting the following documents;
    1. No due letter from the respected university / college
    2. Legalized Xerox copy of mark sheet
    3. Legalized Xerox copy of standard XII certificate ( for state high school, it should be legalised by the school itself; for the private high school, the certificate should be legalized by state education commission)
    4. Three copies of self-attested photograph of 2x3 cm and 3x4 cm
    5. Recommendation letter issued by private universities commission.
    6. National mark sheet
  2. The status of his / her university should be nationally accredited.
  3. The terms of his / her GPA should be the same or equal to 2,75.
  4. The applicant does not endure any academic punishment from his / her respected university or college.
  5. Authorized courses and the SCU which equivalent to the minimum score of C (passing grade) should be made before hand
  6. Pay the transfer fee in the amount of Rp. 200.000,- (two hundred thousand rupiah only)
  7. Other fees are charged in the same amount as other new students paid.
  8. Faculty fee is charged under the faculties' or departments' scheme regime.
